Within 14 days of buying Parlance for Mac, you can ask for a full refund. No reason needed.

Email support@parlance.work with your order number or the email address you used to buy.
How you get the money back
Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method. How long it takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider.
After a refund
After a refund, Dodo Payments disables the license, and the app returns to the unactivated state at its next check.
Not covered
- pl is free, so there is nothing to refund.
- What you pay your model provider for API use is between you and that provider; we cannot refund it.
- Requests after 14 days are not guaranteed a refund under this policy; any rights the law where you live gives you are unaffected.
